Service Description
Are you considering combing out your locs? Our licensed and trained stylist is here to assist you in achieving your desired look by expertly combing out your locs in a manner that minimizes damage and breakage, resulting in long, free-flowing, beautiful hair. This service is conducted in sessions, and a consultation is required prior to booking. Please note that I charge by the bundle; therefore, it is essential to select the appropriate bundle from the options below. Keep in mind that this process can be completed in a single session or divided into multiple sessions, depending on your preference.
Cancellation Policy
Guest Policy: Only the guest receiving services is permitted in the establishment. Late Fee Policy: Guests are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes for lateness without incurring a charge. However, if you exceed this period, a late fee of $50 will apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. ALL appointments canceled are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by you online, via email, text, instant chat, by fax, or by calling (833)DRBODY1. You may also reach me at Dr.DreaRenae@beautybydrearenae.com. Booking Requirements: Full payment is REQUIRED to book with me. No Call No Show: If no communication is received from you, and you are a no call no show your appointment will be canceled, a partial refund will be issued minus $200 no show fee. You will also be blocked from booking in the future. No Exceptions! How to book? I only accept online bookings. No other forms of booking will be accepted. Can I book multiple appointments? Yes if time slots are open for you to add on by all means add on. How can I reach you? We can be reached by email, phone, text, live chat and fax. What are your hours? Currently Friday- Sunday 6am-6pm *Subject to Change* ​Do you accept kids? Yes they must be 15 and older and accompanied by an adult during the time of service. Where are you located? We are based out of Gainesville, Ga but our newest location is the heart of Lawrenceville, GA. We will continue to accept mobile appointments for those who prefer it. ​What is the minimum age for booking a body service? 18 What is required to book a body service? All body service appointments require a consultation FIRST, no exceptions! If you book a service without a consultation your appointment Mobile appointments will continue to be accepted. Please book as usual, ensuring to include the $50 travel fee, applicable only to clients within a three-hour radius. If you are located beyond this range, it is imperative that you contact me prior to booking, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Additionally, please ensure that your hair is clean for all mobile appointments; there will be no exceptions. If your hair is not clean, your appointment may be canceled on the spot. For the safety of all involved, please ensure that all pets are securely put away during the service.
