A: Beauty by Drea Renae offers a variety of salon services, including loc retwist, coloring, braids, and non-invasive body contouring. We also offer lash extensions and waxing services.
Q: What are the booking policies for Beauty by Drea Renae?
A: You must book ONLINE and full amount of service is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. You would need to cancel 48-72 hours in advance to receive a FULL refund.
Q: What are the hours of operation for Beauty by Drea Renae?
A: Our salon is open Saturday and Sunday at this time, with evening appointments available on select days. Please refer to our website to complete your booking.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All SALES are FINAL. NO returns accepted. No Exceptions!
Q: What if I'm sick?
A: Please notify me asap so that I can get you rescheduled or cancel your appointment all together.
Q: Do you accept kids?
A: Yes, ages 13 and up!

Q: Do you provide the hair?
A: Yes! I prefer to provide the hair. You can however provide your own hair (with approval) but there will be no change in cost.
Q: Can I shop in store?
A: Yes, only on the day's we're open. You can shop online 24/7
Q: How long is shipping?
A: Shipping timeframe is 2-4 business days for in house item, for items not on hand shipping will be 7-14 business days
