BASIC FAQ'S & POLICIES

 

Where are you located? We are based in Gainesville, Georgia, and Tampa, Florida. At this time, we are only accepting mobile appointments in Georgia. 

What days are you open? Currently only Saturday and Sunday. Check back frequently as that could change at any time.  

Do you accept kids? Yes, Kids 15 and up only.

How can I book? Booking is done online only via our website www.drearenae.com or www.beautybydrearenae.com

How far in advance can I book? 30 days

How can I cancel my appointment? Call, Text, Email, or Self Portal via your member account. 

How do I sign up for text alerts and reminders? During your appointment bookings, you can opt in to text alerts or email alert reminders. *PLEASE NOTE MESSAGES AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY* YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THESE ALERTS AT ANY TIME.

REFUNDS​

Will I be refunded if I cancel, Yes! You cancel 24 -48 hours BEFORE your appointment time. If you wish to cancel in less than 24 hours please be advised there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued immediately and can take 7-10 business days to show in your back account. Please contact me ASAP if you have not received a refund after the 10th business day. I will be happy to work with you. 

 

LATE POLICY

Guests are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes for lateness without incurring a charge. However, if you exceed this period, a late fee of $50 will apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. You will have the option to reschedule once, or I can cancel your appointment and issue a partial refund, subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with you. However, I must emphasize that our no-show policy is strictly enforced. I value your time, and as such, if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, a fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be applied.

GUEST POLICY

Only the client that is being serviced is allowed. NO other guest allowed.

SHIPPING

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of purchase to receive your item. Shipping time does not include 1-3 day processing.

RETURS /EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted.
